AI allowance and service terms are confirmed before your subscription starts. Need more users or documents? We’ll agree the plan and price with you first. No automatic overage charges.
The subscription covers the AgencyOver product and initial onboarding. Native AMS integrations, custom development, and extensive document cleanup are outside the plan. We confirm document suitability, usage allowances, and service terms before activation. Existing customer agreements remain in effect.

AgencyOver is a software workspace for your agency: AI help with uploaded documents, client and policy records, shared tasks, carrier information, and resources. Initial setup helps your team get started; your subscription gives you ongoing access to the product.
Does this replace our agency management system?
AgencyOver works alongside your current AMS. There is no native AMS synchronization, so decide where your team will maintain records and tasks when setting up the workspace.
What can the AI assistant do?
Ask questions about your uploaded carrier guides and procedures. Answers can include document names and page references when available. The assistant can also propose tasks and client notes for approval. Your team checks the original and current carrier guidance before acting; AgencyOver does not automatically update carrier rules, quote, or bind coverage.
How do we get started?
Book a product demo, confirm the subscription and AI allowance, and set up your agency workspace. Add your team and selected documents, then use the product in your daily work. No account or payment is needed for the demo.
Can we add more people or documents?
The published plan covers up to ten users and twenty knowledge documents / 300 pages. Contact us when you need more capacity. We agree any plan or price change before applying it.
When does billing start?
Booking a demo or sending an enquiry does not start billing. Your subscription starts under the service agreement you accept, which sets out payment, renewal, cancellation, support, and usage allowances. Existing customer agreements remain in effect.
