Who we are

AgencyOver, Inc. (“AgencyOver,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at agencyover.com and the AgencyOver software product. AgencyOver is the data controller for personal information collected through our marketing site.

Questions about this policy? Email us at privacy@agencyover.com.

What we collect

We collect a small amount of personal information so we can answer questions, schedule demos, and improve the site:

  • Information you give us — what you submit through forms on this site, including name, work email, company, role, team size, and any free-text message.
  • Cookies — essential cookies to make the site work and (with your consent) analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, referring page, request timing, approximate location from IP, and basic device/browser metadata.
  • Customer data uploaded to the product — governed by the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and not covered by this Privacy Policy.

How we use it

  • To set up demos, respond to inquiries, and follow up on conversations you start with us.
  • To improve the marketing site, our documentation, and the support experience.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect the security of our services.

Third parties we share with

We share personal information only with vendors that help us run the service. We do not sell personal information.

  • Authentication providers — Microsoft, Google, and your SAML identity provider, when you sign in.
  • Analytics — placeholder; no analytics vendor is loaded until you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner.
  • Cloud hosting — AWS and Vercel for application hosting and edge delivery.
  • AI subprocessors — Anthropic (LLM inference) and Voyage AI (embeddings) for the AI features in the product.

The full list of subprocessors is published at /security.

Retention

We keep marketing form submissions for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us so we can pick up the conversation where it left off. Customer data uploaded to the product follows the contractual retention terms in the order form and the DPA.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Deletion — request that we delete your personal information.
  • Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Portability — receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” — we do not sell personal information.
  • Withdrawal of consent — where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@agencyover.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International transfers

The service is hosted in [region placeholder]. When personal information is transferred out of your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, available on request.

Changes

We’ll post updates to this policy on this page. For material changes that affect customers, we’ll also email the primary contact on the account.
