Website enquiries
When you request a product demo, we store your name, email, agency name, optional workflow details, and a campaign category if supplied. We use these details to respond and track the sales conversation. Submissions are stored separately from customer agency leads. Our email provider may receive the same details to notify us. Please do not include policyholder information in this form.
Operating the website
The service uses request information, including IP addresses, for rate limiting and security. Vercel hosts the application and provides website analytics. Our analytics integration removes query strings and recognized record identifiers from page URLs before reporting them. Sentry may process application errors and diagnostics when configured.
Customer workspaces
Customer workspaces may contain account details, client and policy records, documents, conversations, tasks, and usage records. We process this information to operate and support the service under the customer’s agreement. Agency and platform administrators have operational access. The agency controls what material is appropriate to upload and share with its users.
Service providers
The platform uses Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for database and file storage, Anthropic for AI processing, Voyage AI for document retrieval processing, Resend for service emails, and Sentry for error monitoring when configured. Choosing “Pick a time” loads the Cal.com calendar in a popup on this page. Cal.com handles scheduling under its own privacy and storage policies. Configured Microsoft 365 sign-in uses Microsoft’s identity service. External property, mapping, and carrier links may involve additional services when used.
Retention and requests
Enquiries remain in our sales records while we handle the conversation and related business records; this release does not introduce automatic deletion. Workspace retention, return, and deletion requirements must be agreed with the customer. Contact contact@agencyover.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your agency before acting.
Your choices
You can email us instead of submitting the form, avoid using the external scheduler, and reject website analytics using the site’s privacy controls. The cookies and analytics page explains browser storage and how to change your choice.
